    I have been with KinderCare since 2001. I was lucky enough to grow up in the neighborhoods near our school and attended the elementary, junior high and high schools in the area. Later, I moved to Arizona where I received my bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona. Family is extremely important to me, so I moved back to the Palatine area to be close to my family after my son was born. My son attended KinderCare for many years, which allowed me to see each classroom through the eyes of a manager and a parent for each age group. I am so fortunate to always have a strong team with me at KinderCare. We work hard to make our school the cleanest, safest and best school for all of our children.

  • Mallika

    Mallika is an amazing Infant room teacher who puts the needs of her children and families first.  Mallika has her Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business and Education.  She has enjoyed being a part of our team for many years and has been able to watch her little ones grow up throughout the center after graduating from her class.  She loves the babies because each day they learn and grwo with her! Please stop by to meet Miss Mallika and her team in our Infant nursery.

  • Lidia

    Lidia is a very important part of our team.  She is our most veteran teacher, who always helps to train and mentor our other teaching staff.  Lidia has her degree in Early Childhood Education and she puts it to good use everyday.  Lidia is the best at preparing the students for their Kindergarten year through hands-on work and activities.  You will alway sfind something new in Miss Lidia's classroom because she is cretive and excited to keep our children's minds expanding. Please stop by our Pre-Kindergarten class to meet Lidia and her team!

    Mr. Jason has an amazing Kindergarten classroom!  Jason graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Illinois State University and is certified to teach Kindergarten through 3rd grade.  He runs a private, full-day program where children can explore science, literacy, social studies, art and much more! Jason uses the program K12, along with a Smart Board to engage his students and allow them to take ownership of their learning.  You definitiely need to see him and his class in action!

  • Debra

    Debra teaches our Learning Adventure class during the day to our children. Debra earned her Associates degree in Elementary Education and Business.  We offer Phonics, Reading, Math, Cooking and Music.  She brings the children into smaller group sizes to focus on whichever class they have signed up for.  These classes are not only great for your child academically, but they build self-confidence and independence.
